Appointment & Cancellation Policy

 

Before coming to our premises it is very important that you are familiar with any contradiction in reference to your treatment.

 

If you have any of the listing symptoms that we mention on any treatment contradictions, you need to consult your physician for a clearance letter or authorization before making an appointment.

 

If you fail to do so, you will be charged $25.00 for the time lost.

 

It is your responsibility to get informed and do the necessary research for the procedure you are about to receive.

 

  • We recommend booking your appointment at least 7days or more in advanced.

 

  • When calling to book your appointment, please provide us with your phone, email and credit card number. To respect the time of our patients and staff, a $50 deposit is required at booking which will be credited to your cost on your date of service. If you are redeeming a voucher, please provide us with the number in order for us to honor your appointment.

 

  • We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, to prepare for your treatment.

 

  • As a consideration to other clients, your treatment will end on time, regardless of late arrivals. No excuses.

 

  • As a courtesy when you book your appointment you receive an email confirmation. The day before your appointment you receive an email and a text or automated call as a reminder. Therefore, we ask you to extend the same courtesy by providing us with a 48hrs cancellation notice. When a client does not show to their appointment or just cancel a few hours before the appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot with another client, losing money and time. Your time is valuable and so is ours.

 

If you fail to cancel your appointment with a 48hrs cancellation notice:

 

  • Your session will be discounted from the package that you bought.

 

  • If you do not have a package and bought a single procedure your $50.00 deposit will be forfeited.

 

  • If you have a voucher from an online deal, your voucher will be marked as redeemed and causing you to lose it.

 

  • You are responsible to notify us with any change to your contact information. If you fail to do so, and you do not receive an appointment confirmation, we still require a 48hrs cancellation notice.

 

  • If you do not show up 2 times to your appointment, the remaining appointments will be automatically cancelled and you will have to re-schedule them when there is availability.

 

  • Packages and Gift Certificates are valid for a period of 6 months, starting the day you buy it.

 

  • No refunds on any service or package will be issued once you book your first appointment.

 

  • A parent or legal guardian must be present for under-aged clients to receive treatments.
